Feeling creative..

...I have hand dyed some threads! I still don't know how I will use them, but I like how they turned out.

The first two skeins from top are called by me "Holiday collection": the first one is Christmas (dark red and green), the second one is Halloween (black, purple, orange).

After hand dyeing, I had the inspiration from three primitive boxes bought this summer in the USA, and I have cut & painted those thread keepers.
Actually, the blue ones are not so light, just blame the camera. Colour is similar to DMC 930, and red ones are similar to DMC 221

Time to come back stitching.
Block II of The Village of Hawk Run Hollow is almost done!

In stitches,

Happy May Day!

I wish you all a happy May Day with this lovely free chart from Betty! I hve stitched it on 38count linen, and finished framing it, adding some buttons which I bought in Berlin!

I love DMC 221 and Renato Parolin

I love Renato Parolin charts. His desings are so simple and sweet.

I have stitched only four of 26 charts of his ABC, but all with DMC 221! I have all the other charts, and someway I will finish all of them, sooner or later! :)
